5 Simple Smoothies and Drinks – Just Blend N’ Go!

Its Summer and every time I get home from work, I need something cool and refreshing as well as healthy and nutritious. So, I decided to come up with some new ideas for using the fruits kept in the house.

So, I have decided to share them with you. Lets move to them..

1. Banana-Strawberries Smoothie

Blend 2 bananas, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup yogurt and milk, 2 tbsp honey or sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and 1 cup of ice.

2. Carrots and Apple Smoothie

Blend one cup carrots juice and one cup apple juice with salt and 1 tbsp lemon juice to twist up.

3. Banana Smoothie

Blend in 4 bananas, 2 tbsp sugar or honey and 2 cups of milk and yogurt.

4. Carrots and Beetroot Juice

Blend in 2 sliced carrots and 2 sliced beetroots with 2 spoons of sugar and a squeezed lemon with water.

5. Green Smoothie

Blend in 1 cup fresh spinach, 1/2 cup sliced pineapple, 1/2 cup sliced mango and 1 peeled banana in 1 cup of water.
