4 Detox Smoothie Recipes for your breakfast this summer

In today’s article, we will share a few healthy smoothies.  These smoothies are not only healthy for your skin, body and hair but are also colourful and delicious.

All you gonna need are a few of your favourite fruits, fruit juices, skimmed milk, greek yoghurt/regular yoghurt, and a blender. And you get a rainbow colour breakfast to brighten your day.

All you need to do is add your ingredients into the blender and blend.

Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1/2 Cup Skimmed Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Vanilla Powder
  • A small bowl of Blueberries

Blueberries tend to be a little expensive but they are so good for you. Blueberries also contain vitamin B which helps with healthier hair.

Ruby Red Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk
  • 1/2 greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Beetroot
  • 1 Cup Chopped Watermelon

Beetroot is amazing because they are high in fibre and low in calories. Hence, they are a great ingredient to add to your smoothie. Beetroot doesn’t taste as good as healthy it is. But watermelon completely masks the taste of beetroot making it one of the yummiest smoothie.

Purple Smoothie

  • 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Yoghurt
  • 1 Apple Chopped
  • 10 deseeded Plums
  • Few Drops of Lemon Juice

Plums are amazing antioxidants. They clear blemishes up so it’s very good for your skin.

Green Goodness

  • 1.2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Cup Spinach Leaves
  • 2 Chopped Kiwi Fruits
  • 1/2 Chopped Cucumber
  • 1 Lime Juice

Cucumber’s high water content makes it naturally hydrating, and it is well known that moisture is the best friend to healthy skin, so why not acquire the hydration naturally. You won’t even taste the spinach so don’t worry.
