Sleeping with Your Makeup On | Beauty Crime # 2

Beauty has so many definitions. Everyone has their own definition of beauty and for me, beauty is a balance; a balance of nature, a balance of features, a balance of everything. Beauty never comes from a makeover but from balancing the different aspects of beauty.

As everything in the world has some laws, beauty has them too and there are some exercises that are considered outlawed in the beauty world. That is the topic of this series so we will talk about a few of the Beauty Crimes and the reasons we need to stop doing them. The second one is

Going to bed with your Makeup on

We are very efficient in doing makeup but are extremely lazy in washing it off. All of us love doing makeup but sometimes it is so late and we are so tired after parties or a long day of hard work that we either forget to take off our makeup or we are too lazy to take it before we go straight to sleep. That is the worst thing one can ever do to their skin.

There are a few quick, healthy and effective (and my favourite!) makeup removing products that you can pick for yourself and remove your makeup in the shortest time. You can carry them in your bag and remove your makeup in the car before reaching home and jumping straight to bed or while entering your home and rushing to your bedroom.

My favourite makeup removers:

  1. Garnier SkinActive Micellar Foaming Face Wash, 6.7 fl. oz
  2. Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes & Wipes
  3. Bioderma Micelle Solution Sensitive Skin 16.9 Fl Oz
  4. Simple Eye Makeup Remover Pads

This is the very second thing we consider as Beauty Crimes. We are having a whole series. Check here the Beauty Crime # 1. I am sure this post has helped you in learning why you need to clean your makeup before going to bed. We will do a post on why you need to remove your makeup before going to bed but for now, that is it. Stick around to know more about beauty crimes that you must not do.
